(1) Cancellation of contract within cooling-off period The customer may cancel the investment advisory contract with a written intention indication if it is within ten days from the contract date, with the formal contract date as the customer 's signed contract signed date. The document referred to here is a notice by mailing and acceptance of cooling / off by mail, telephone and fax is not allowed. The date of termination of the contract shall be the date the customer sent the document. Subsequent contracts will not continue. During the cooling-off period, when there is a prepayment of remuneration, refund the full amount. At this time, no compensation or damage penalty will be incurred as a result of the termination of the contract.
(2) Cancellation of contract after cooling-off period After expiration of the cooling-off period, it is possible to terminate the contract in the midway by displaying the intention by the document of cancellation of contract, etc. from 10 days before the service day of the monthly service start date. In the case of cancellation of the contract, we collect the amount calculated as a remuneration amount corresponding to the period until cancellation. When there is prepayment of remuneration, we refund the remaining amount after deducting these amounts. At this time, there will be no damages or penalties for customers due to the termination of the contract.
